En esta ocasión, los MTV Movie Awards reúne a las cintas con mayor éxito taquillero del año y a las fuertes candidatas de la temporada de premios que acaba de finalizar.
‘American Hustle’ y ‘The Wolf of Wall Street’, recibieron ocho nominaciones cada una,incluyendo Mejor Película y Mejor Actor (Bradley Cooper y Leonardo DiCaprio),seguidas por ‘The Hunger Games: Catching Fire’ con siete candidaturas.
‘12 Years a Slave’, ‘The Hobbit: The Desolation of Smaug’, ‘Thor: The Dark World’, ‘Gravity’, ‘This Is The End’, ‘Star Trek Into Darkness’, Dallas Buyers Club’, ‘Fast & Furious 6’, entre otras películas, figuran en la lista.
Los MTV Movie Awards se caracterizan por tener categorías tan particulares como Mejor Beso, Mejor Pelea, Mejor Pareja, Mejor Villano o Mejor Cameo.
De igual manera, el actor Mark Wahlberg, protagonista de ‘Transformers: Age of Extinction’, será reconocido con el Premio Generación MTV por su trabajo en la industria del cine y la televisión.
